The Special Knowledge Use in Investigation Crimes on Illegal Drug Trafficking with the Involvement of Minors

The use of special knowledge in the crimes investigation on illegal drug trafficking with the involvement of minors is one of the most important aspects of effective prevention and investigation of such crimes. The study of this topic is relevant, and its results can be successfully used in law enforcement activities. Purpose: to identify areas of special knowledge that help the investigation process and to argue for the need to implement them in practice. Methods: the author used the methods of classification, analysis and generalisation. Results: the study allowed us to identify areas of special knowledge necessary for the successful investigation of drug crimes committed by minors, to identify problems of their application in practice and to propose ways to resolve these problems.
