The authors have developed and tested a new technology to reduce fuel consumption in internal combustion engines and reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. The technology is based on the magnetic processing of fuel supplied to internal combustion engines using a patented three-dimensional magnetic matrix system. The technology allowed to obtain a positive result when tested on road transport, which allowed the authors to recommend its use in the «circular economy» as an intermediate step in the transition from hydrocarbon fuels to «green technologies».
