Use of pensioners' work in the conditions of the Russian digital economy

The study examines the opportunities and problems of using retirees' labor in the conditions of the development of the digital economy. As a result of the research it was revealed that, without the support of the state and business, the work of pensioners can not be fully used in high-tech workplaces. The branches that are less prone to automation of workplaces in which it is possible to use the labor of pensioners in retraining are revealed.
