Using management control to evaluate the implementation of an organization's production strategy

Management control is intended as a tool for research and evaluation of the state of functioning of the organization's processes and sub-processes. The technology for evaluating the implementation of the most important attributes of the strategy of several organizations within the same field of activity is proposed. Based on the submitted materials, suggestions were made to improve the selected attributes of the organization's strategy.
