Attention-switching exercises’ inclusion in to rugby training as a tool of excelling training efficiency

The article focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of adding concentration exercises to rugby trainings. It covers the analysis of three main types: voluntary, involuntary and post-voluntary. The role of concentration and ways of improving it are the key elements of the article. As a result, the article proves that including concentration exercises in training process reduces the time of inclusion.
