Statement of the problem. The article analyzes and formulates the possibilities of using video content in the course of integrating the subject content of disciplines at the level of higher education, using students of language training programs as an example. The purpose of the article is to analyze the theoretical foundations of using the technology of subject-language integrated learning (CLIL) in foreign language education and to demonstrate methodological techniques for working with video content in the disciplines Practical Course of the Spanish Language and Literature of Spain. Methodology and research methods. The research methodology consists of a critical analysis of literary sources on methodology and related sciences, analysis of basic research concepts, cause-and-effect analysis of the phenomena under study, and hypothesis generation. Among the empirical methods, one can specify a generalization of existing positive pedagogical experience and trial training. Research results. During the study, integrated classes with 2nd-year university students were designed and implemented using video content on the topics “Libros, películas y serias de televisión” and “Géneros de obras literarias”. As a result, the students not only mastered the interdisciplinary content of the disciplines, but also improved their overall level of Spanish language proficiency.
