The use of judicial psychological examination of the person's awareness about the investigated event to refute false testimony

The article argues that when identifying the real features of awareness among the participants about the event of crime, conclusions provided by experts on the results of judicial psychological examination of the person's awareness about the investigated event can be used with high efficiency to clear false evidence.
