Research of adhesion of microorganisms on surfaces of housing rooms and measurement of adhesive force

On the basis of synthesis of available physical ideas of mechanisms of adhesive interaction of microorganisms with solid surfaces experimental methods of direct measurement of adhesive force with use of electric field are offered. Results of direct measurements of adhesive force of microorganisms to metal (steinless steel) and to a polymeric film (teflon) are presented in this article. The methods can be used in sampling equipment for assessment of biological contamination of housing rooms.
