Research of English and Dutch auction formats of housing construction

The article deals with auction types carried out in the housing construction, including land allocation for residential construction; land allocation for their complex development for the purpose of housing construction; conclusion of the contracts on the built-up areas’ development; conclusion of the contracts on the fixed-term use of lands of the Fund for construction of the economy class housing (including complex development of such lands); conclusion of the contracts on the Fund’s land lease for the economy class housing (including complex development of such lands).
