Research of sense of humour at as element of informal communications

In article the basic forms of informal communications and its role in social interaction are analyzed, the special attention is given to humour as to a satirical element of informal communications. The description is resulted and the basic results of research of sense of humour as element of informal communications in the organisation are shined.
