Research of the factors influencing the students’ choice of occupation in the sphere of medical education: international experience

The article gives a brief overview of the international researches dealing with the impact of the social factors on the medical students’ choice of occupation field. On the ground of the data it is emphasized the relevance of the monitoring of determinants, which affect the medical graduates’ specialization in the context of the implementation of the HR policy of the national healthcare system.
