Research of physical culture and sports activity of students of the faculty of physics and mathematics of OSU named after I. S. Turgenev

The article discusses issues related to the impact of sports on human life and health, and also reveals the benefits of a healthy lifestyle in General. It is emphasized how important healthy lifestyle is for every person in modern society. Based on the research of students of the faculty of physics and mathematics, interest in physical activity classes was revealed. For the purpose of necessary physical education of students, the influence of physical exercises on the state of the human body was studied, and the need for systematic independent training is also scientifically justified.
