Investigation of immunosorbent functional properties in non-instrumental dot-immunoanalytical test systems based on Treponema pallidum antigens

Optimal conditions for immunosorbent synthesis based on p17 antigen of T. pallidum have been determined, as well as procedural parameters of their interaction with test sample and carbon diagnosticum, namely sensitizing antigen concentrations amounted 0,01 mg/ml for polystyrene and 0,05 mg/ml for nitrocellulose during sequential incubation with test sample and diagnosticum for 30 and 60 min, respectively. An effective persistence of immunosorbent properties was demonstrated to retain within a year provided their technological stabilization.
