The work deals with the problem of age effect on hemodynamics indices in magistral arteries of the lower limbs in patients with spinal-and-cerebrospinal injury in intermediate and late periods. In case of traumatic spinal cord disease the proportions of pressure changes in the brachial artery and in the arteries of femur and leg are disordered. The difference of systolic pressure in the brachial artery and in the arteries of femur and leg is insignificant and it's practically leveled with ageing. The age dynamics of hemodynamics indices in the common femoral artery is characterized by earlier and marked decrease of blood flow direct phase, gaining two-phase structure in most cases, decrease of the amount of the blood flow back phase registered, absence of the directed dynamics of blood flow pulsation index.
