Study readiness for innovation in rural areas of the Tyumen region

The article is devoted to the innovation readiness of rural society. It seems that this ability is an important prerequisite for innovation development of the Russian countryside. Analyzed results of the research, which characterizes the current state in this sphere in the Tyumen region. It is shown that the readiness to innovation today is quite low in rural areas. This is due to the socio-demographic and migration processes, administrative problems, as well as a sectoral approach to the village from the state.
