The study of reliability features of cash-in-transit guard groups as a social-psychological characteristic

The article presents the results of the research of cash-in-transit guard groups'reliability level. In the research reliability is considered as social-psychological characteristic of a group commonly found in the situations of cooperation. The reliability of the groups was measured on the basis of the analysis of its substantial characteristics, which are cooperation of the group members (compatibility of cooperation), coordination of actions during group cooperation, efficiency of performance, and stability of performance efficiency in changing conditions. The authors drew a conclusion about the features of low-reliable and high-reliable cash-in-transit guard groups.
