Research and evaluation of the level of implementation the quality management process of the organization

The implementation of the "control" function in the activities of economic systems of the "organisation" type is designed to prevent possible deviations from the intended objectives, plans or lines of action. Several basic sub-processes of the quality management process of an organization and their relationship to the implementation of its strategy have been considered. The methodology of evaluation of subprocesses of management of organizations of one sphere of activity on the basis of ten-point scales of their states has been developed. The study of received materials allowed to define proposals for improving the attributes of the selected management sub-processes for the implementation of the strategy of organizations.
