Research and offer of innovations for the development of functional management of the organization

Management functions are the most important aspect of the top management of any organization. In this article, the main contradictions and difficulties in implementing its functional management were considered on the example of a specific organization. To improve the efficiency of the organization's management activities, innovative proposals were developed to eliminate problems, search for and identify points of development and improve the quality and efficiency of its management activities. The parameters of the developed proposals were evaluated, and ranking was performed in accordance with the values of the indicator of feasibility of their implementation in the organization.
