Research and development of the management subprocess the quality of the organization's products at the stage of its operation

For the development of innovative activities, there is a need to study and evaluate individual sub-processes of quality management of the organization. The problems of the existing subprocess of product quality management at the operational stage for a specific organization are identified. Proposals for solving the identified problems of the organization were formed. The values of estimates of the parameters of problems and suggestions for improving the quality of products at the operational stage were calculated. Technologies of functional management tasks of this subprocess of the organization are developed.
