Cooperative strategy is a part of the unified company strategy responsible for business adaptation to external changes. As a result, this allows a company to find the most profitable way of interaction with other market players. The term “network interaction” determines a way of partner interaction during the process of project implementation in respect of a third party. The practical experience of functioning of such cooperation (both in Russia and abroad) reveals the necessity of developing the methods of appropriate benefit sharing between cooperation partners. The development and implementation of the cooperative strategy are the key element in the successful operation of a company within the network economics.
