Influence of adverse ecological factors on integral parameters of microcirculation and cardiac rhythm at conditional and healthy young people was investigated. At people being under the influence of adverse ecological factors, the imbalance of a brain hemodynamic and the lowered level of the functional condition of the organism, determined by data of cardiovascular system researches which is caused by negative influence of ecological situation is found.
