Study of SMD light emitting diode brightness at high temperatures at voltage stabilization

Бесплатный доступ

We study behavior of light emitting diodes (LEDs) at the current of several μA in the temperature range of 27- 250°С. Within this range, a linear increase of brightness with the temperature for green and blue LEDs is observed. It is shown that these LEDs could serve as a optical temperature sensor.
