Research of economic conditions and features of development of multi-group collaboration between business structures and public authorities

The article deals with the peculiarities of development of interaction between the public authorities and business enterprises in a form of multi-group. The authors argue that the conflict of objectives helps to create a multi-group that unites business and government representatives. One of the basic conditions for the formation of a multi-group is the presence of parties’ commitment to achieve the goals in view. The paper considers essential and sufficient economic conditions for development of multi-group stages and presents a complex algorithm of multi-group formation.
