In this paper we attempt to estimate the level of hematocrit blood test (hematology control) by investigating electrical impedance parameters. Measurement of the parameters of hematological controls electrical impedance implemented by pulse impedancemetry. The samples of hematology control were identified in state space for receiving electrical equivalent circuit. The parameters of the equivalent circuits represent the hematocrit variation. The structure of bioimpedance converter of hematocrit was considered. The choice of converter basic parameters, such as output resistance, duration of the testing edge and duration of the test pulse was justified.
