The purpose of the article is to represent a biological object in the form of a cascade electrical circuit and to study its characteristics in the Electronics Workbench application program. It is impossible to analyze the processes occurring in the tissues of weeds under electrical impulse action, leading to damage to the internal structure and subsequent death of the plant, having information only about the equivalent electrical circuit of replacement of plant tissue. Therefore, it is also necessary to have an idea of the quantitative indicators of the electrical components of this circuit and their change in the process of electrical pulse damage. Existing approaches to the mathematical description of the processes of electrical damage to vegetation, measurements of the parameters of electrodes of electrotechnological installations and plant objects with known geometric characteristics allow us to determine the conductivity, magnetic and dielectric permittivity of the entire electrode system, the load of the power supply source, the equivalent resistance can be considered as a passive element of the electrical circuit.
