Research of the organization's human resources and its development in modern conditions

The key factor in the effective functioning of any organization is personnel - a team of people who work together to achieve common goals. At the same time, personnel potential as a set of quantitative and qualitative characteristics, abilities and capabilities of employees, the use of which ensures the achievement of the set goals, requires a detailed analysis. The article studies the personnel potential of Info-content LLC, which operates in the processing of telephone calls, the composition and structure of labor resources for a number of characteristics, as well as indicators of their movement in dynamics over five years. The organization’s personnel training system was studied, the main types and forms of employee training were considered, the possibilities for further development of human resources were identified, taking into account foreign experience and modern trends in the digitalization of the economy.
