In this article, the authors analyzed the factors that influence the corporate image. The main characteristics of this concept are given. Special attention is paid to the influence of external and internal factors on the formation of corporate image. The main stages of image formation are described. Features of purposeful formation of corporate image by development of long-term plans and their integration into enterprise strategy are disclosed.
