Research of material and technical support in construction

The article is devoted to the study of features, problems and ways to solve them in the field of logistics in construction. The author analyzes the current state of logistics in construction, highlights the main problems that arise in the construction process due to lack or unsuitable equipment and materials. Special attention is paid to ways to solve problems in the logistical support of construction, the need to optimize the processes of procurement and supply of materials, the need to organize effective resource management is emphasized. In conclusion, the author concludes that it is only through system management and continuous improvement of processes that it is possible to achieve increased efficiency and reduced costs in construction.
