Sheet materials separating mechanism by polyurethanes pressure during deferent cutting tools using is researched. Cutting tool optimal parameters are determinate by mathematical and experimental research. Optimal parameters provide shear nature of sheet blank separating process, eon ipso provides high quality of details. Mathematical research results are supported by experiments using coordinate net method.
