The investigation of the mechanisms of ensuring the financial resources of the organizations of the agricultural sector

The scientific article deals with the development of financial and economic relations of agricultural enterprises and organizations. The authors show that the financial results of economic activity of agricultural firms are characterized by a high level of instability, due to the lack of an effective mechanism for providing financial resources, lack of experience in the management of financial processes in a dynamic market environment, the presence of high risks. Components of state regulation is the legal and regulatory support of financial activities of agricultural formations, a set of methods, tools and forms of restriction and stimulation of economic activity of enterprises. The authors propose a scheme of the mechanism of state financial regulation. Analyzed and reflected GDP indicators by industry, including agriculture in nominal and real terms.
