Research management in the management of sales of the organization

In the article the main elements of management are considered and corresponding definitions are given. It is concluded that survey, observation and experiment were chosen as objects of research methods to study the management of organization sales. As elements of management, communications, business ethics and motivation were chosen. The technology of carrying out a management research in the framework of sales management of the organization was determined. Also, proposals have been developed to develop management within the organization's sales management and to assess their effectiveness.
