Study on the method of apologia ("contradiction"), a direct negative socio-economic consequences of the refusal of the regional executive bodies of efficient management of state property on the territory of the federation

In article the author modeled the possible negative consequences that may or could occur as a result of total or partial refusal of the Executive authorities of subjects of Federation from the proper performance of the tasks entrusted to them powers to manage state property in General and the effectiveness of such management in particular. Developed author's criteria - areas most likely points of failure public management - neef-cient management of public assets. Shown and substantiated the possible social, managerial and economic negative effects as well as shown what they can say.
