Research of methods for reducing the risks of accidents and incidents in pipeline transport in the severe climatic conditions of the Far East

Final qualifying work is devoted to the study of methods for reducing the risks of accidents and incidents in pipeline transport in the harsh climatic conditions of the Far East. Regulatory and legal documentation ensuring the safety of pipeline transport is reviewed. The main reasons for their occurrence were also identified. The methods that were considered were the use of new technologies, advanced training of personnel, and the introduction of innovative solutions. All this can reduce the likelihood of accidents and incidents in pipeline transport.
