Studies of the siliceous composition mineral springs of Barguzinskaya valley

The thermal springs of the Barguzin Valley (Republic of Buryatia) were studied. It was determined that the specific feature of the mineral springs was high concentrations of silicon acid and fluoride-ion. The results of hydrochemical studies of the thermal waters were presented with the highest debit. The results of hydrochemical analysis correlate with the State Standards of mineral waters for particular groups of balneological waters. Recommendations to use mineral waters for therapeutic purposes were suggested.
