Research of reliability of RVDs of logging machinery

It is known that nowadays there is a problem of insufficiently high reliability of hydraulic drives of technological equipment of transportation and technological machines, which leads to additional material costs for the operation of machines. As a rule, the indicator for the replacement of the hoses is the rupture of the pipeline, leading to the leakage of a significant amount of working fluid, because the operator does not have time to disconnect the pump that supplies the system with working fluid. The experience of operation of imported forestry machines in our country has shown that even these machines do not have protection against the escape of working fluid at rupture of VFD. Despite the higher quality of production of imported hoses, even they are not insured against sudden ruptures caused by improper installation (twisting of the hose), high dynamics in the hydraulic drive when operating with the subject of labor. In this connection the determination of residual resource of WFD is one of the means reducing material costs of machine operation.
