The research of the tension of the warp threads in the production of avr fabrics made of natural silk on the AT-100-5 M machine

This article examines the issues of the existing design of machines of the AT-100-5M type. The degree of tightening of the spring, the position of the rock, the position of the cam in the wings and the pattern of its change as the diameter of the weaving navoi decreased were determined. It is recommended to modernize it expediently, providing for the peculiarities of fabric production from boiled natural silk. This will allow you to choose the optimal tension mode of the warp and reduce the breakage of the main threads on the loom.
