This article provides information on the formation of the state water cadastre, water regime, quality and directions of use of water bodies and water resources, as well as water users, as well as components of the state water cadastre for accounting of water bodies and water users. Scientific and methodological basis for the formation of the state water cadastre, which is used for accounting for the quality, assessment of water resources and their use.
