Study of organizational and economic problems of the development of the insurance model of health care

The insurance model of health care financing today faces the problems of insufficient resources to reduce the incidence of the population. It is necessary to modernize the finances of the existing insurance model of medical care, and both the expansion of the economic base and the increase in the efficiency of the use of resources of specialized institutions in the context of inflation are fair. The goal is to study the indicators and problems of sustainable functioning of the insurance model of health care, and to resolve conflicts of interest of its key actors in the provision of high-quality medical services. The research methods include: analysis and synthesis of information, statistical groupings, meaningful interpretation of the results of the activities of specialized institutions. Outcomes. Trends of insufficient economic support for the activities of specialized health care organizations, inflationary depreciation of their potential, which affected the growth rates of the population, are revealed. The features and factors of the implemented insurance model of health care, which led to conflicts of interest of their main actors, are studied. The reasons that depress development are revealed, among which the main ones are the limited budget funds, periodically recurring extreme conditions for the development of society and the economy of the Russian Federation (the coronavirus pandemic, the aggravation of the global world confrontation between countries with the corresponding unfriendly policies), the growth of the share of non-working citizens, the low level of wages of the majority of the working population, accompanied by the activation of old and the emergence of new harmful viruses, and the increase in their resistance to traditional drugs, etc.
