The article deals with research on the issues of sexual dimorphism and a number of reproductive indicators in athletes engaged in triathlon. The purpose of the article is to present the findings of the research on the revealed violations in the work of their reproductive system, during the triathlon sessions, to examine the revealed variants of menstrual irregularities and manifestations of hyperandrogenism and to compare the findings with the data of other studies conducted in this direction. The available changes in the values of the leading reproductive indicators are shown, conclusions are given, practical recommendations are given.
