Research of a characteristics property of influence parameters of the blades for generation of the reflected electromagnetic flow at monitoring of integrity of the helicopter rotor

This paper presents the results of exploratory tests of the influence of the helicopter blade’s constructive-geometric parameters on realizability of a helicopter blade integrity monitoring method. Showing results of a radio signal radiation of a helicopter Mi-8 blade’s fragment, as well as the results of the experiments with blade models made of various materials. As a part of study have been analysis and conclusions about the relationship between the amplitude of the signal and the distance to the subject of research and the material of the model. Modeling of the azimuth characteristic of the helicopters blade was made in the special CAD system. Conclusions are drawn about degree of an influence of the mechanical specifications of the blades on feasibility of the helicopter blade integrity monitoring devices.
