The theoretical substantiation of structural model which describes not elastic deformation of powder materials is determined in the paper. The condition of plasticity and with uses the liquid dynamics greasing theories and friction is specified. The processes of consolidation of a powder material are described in the article. The results of the investigation can be used in the experimental researches of the formation processes of a powder material, for the optimization of softener choice and for equipment designing.
