The article deals with questions of the sustainable development of the chemical enterprises from the perspective of the current economic and industrial policy of the state. The authors analyze main features of the sustainable development mechanisms as a whole, which are applied for the search of the approaches to formation of the state incentives mechanisms considering resources of the tax and economic policy.
