Research of the practice of forming quantitative and qualitative criteria for indicative planning of parameters for the development of physical culture and sports in the domestic practice of municipal administration

Within the framework of this article, an attempt is made to follow the practice of forming quantitative and qualitative criteria for indicative planning of parameters for the development of physical culture and sports in the domestic practice of municipal management, performed through and based on the analysis of about four dozen successfully implemented strategic planning documents of Russian municipalities in their various regions in recent years. The conclusion is made about the special methodological usefulness of the study for practitioners of specialized branch structural divisions of local administrations, as well as that the presented system of indicators in the most concentrated, but at the same time accurate, form as fully and vividly as possible reflects the true content of the real direct and everyday activities of local governments in the development of physical culture and sports.
