Legal competence of social workers with teenagers of deviant behaviour (on the example of Volgograd region)

The article is devoted to topical problems of legal competence of social workers. Its relevance lies in the fact that they by virtue of their professional duties in their work are often faced with the need to resolve legal issues. The ability of social workers to competently use the normative-legal acts for the provision of social assistance to the population under specific conditions is an essential characteristic of legal competence. The paper gives the definition of legal competence as well as the activities of social workers, for example gku WITH "the Voroshilovsky socially-the rehabilitation centre for minors" that work to prevent delinquency among teenage youth. The program, which will help to raise the legal competence of specialists, as well as some of the recommendations, compliance with which will lead to greater efficiency in the work with teenagers of deviant behaviour.
