In this work, a study of the subject area and an analysis of the feasibility of the development of a communication PS for staff and students of a higher education institution will be carried out. The mission of the company, namely, the Volzhsky Polytechnic Institute, compiles an album of domain models consisting of organizational, functional, technological and process- Role models. The hardware and software of the university are also considered in detail, and the feasibility of the project is analyzed.
