In this paper we report the results of a study of the subject area and formulated the prerequisites for the development of a software framework for video talks and video. Considered in detail the hardware and software of the company, as well as the analysis of the feasibility of the project, tailored to the shortcomings of existing software systems that were considered during the analysis.
