Exploring the benefits of using crowdlanding as a financial instrument for investors and debtors

The article examines the formation and development of crowdfunding in Russia and abroad. The analysis of the Russian and foreign markets of crowdlending services, characteristics of the main market participants are presented. The advantages and disadvantages of crowdlending for investors and borrowers as an alternative to bank deposits and loans are analyzed.
