The magnetic moment of an electron and its interaction with magnetic microflows are considered. Stationary and dynamic magnetic fields and their effects on elementary particles are investigated. The most optimal flow parameters are determined to obtain the maximum induction current. The kinetic interaction of an electron and a dynamic mediated magnetic medium is considered. The force shifting the electron from the interatomic space is established.
