Study of the principles of forming an effective system of personnel management

The paper studies the essential characteristics of the personnel management system and ways to improve the efficiency of the system formed at the enterprise. Also, within the framework of the research, the author focuses on the application of the principles of the formation of the personnel management system at the enterprises of the banking sector.
