Research of problems and trends in the development of the labor market

The article is devoted to the study of problems and trends in the development of the labor market. The paper analyzes the indicators of employers’ satisfaction with the availability of existing and potential labor. The authors provide a classification of the profile groups of the unemployed according to the level of motivation and professional demand, which allows us to develop a personal card for finding a suitable job. The article also analyzes such trends in the Russian labor market as the emergence of new professions in the context of the digital transformation of the economy, the use of remote forms of employment, the development of the services market, new requirements for job seekers, and the growing demand for medical services. For employers and job seekers, measures are proposed to adapt to the new demands of the labor market. The study provides valuable information for understanding current trends in the Russian labor market and developing effective measures for interaction between government, business and labor resources.
